We take a lot of things for granted now: refrigerators, washing machines, indoor plumbing!

But I would *love* to visit New England 1820s-1840s during the Romantic/Transcendetalist Movement. Listen to Emerson, Thoreau, and the like. 1890s, early 1900s would also be cool.

And going back much further- ancient Egypt!

I'd love to have a time machine.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5630762672461291899.post-36367027906400666432008-11-14T17:21:00.000-08:002008-11-14T17:21:00.000-08:00Apparently about 15 years ago I agreed to make Tha...Apparently about 15 years ago I agreed to make Thanksgiving dinner for my family in 2008... I'm fascinated by their society and culture and the way it's so similar to ours.

It would also be neat to go back to the 1800s in England...

Or Ancient Japan....

I love history, sorry! lolSadiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04913782703095008685noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5630762672461291899.post-56429263225158172132008-11-13T11:27:00.000-08:002008-11-13T11:27:00.000-08:00It may sound silly, but I think that if I could ch...It may sound silly, but I think that if I could choose to live in any time period I would choose right now.

We are products of the things and influences around us. I think that if you aren't happy with things the way they are now, then you aren't going to be happy with things in the future or the past either.

NathanKP - Imagination ManifestoNathanKPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11778888923964317040noreply@blogger.com
